Increasing support for the new Prime Minister

After a series of meetings for party leaders with PM Ranil Wikramasinhe today, Udaya kammanPila had said he would support Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe for not accepting ministerial responsibilities.

(The (SJB) has officially stated its support for the progressive resolution to revive the economy of the new government led by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

 In this context, the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) yesterday stated its support for the Prime Minister.

 And former Northern Province Governor C.V. Vigneswaran initially told the media of his position that he was also interested.

In the meantime, the (SJB) and the  Up-country People's Front have stated that they do not fully support and support all projects that do good to the country.

It is also pertinent to note that (SLPP, SJB) has nominated their members for the post of Deputy Speaker.

And we will not take office in the Ranil government. We will not help anyone to overthrow the government.
